MIND-BODY PRACTITIONER MASTERMIND
A Place For Mind-Body Therapists and Coaches to Let It All Hang Out
As mind-body practitioners, we really get our clients, which makes us great at supporting them! We know their struggles like the back of our hand, because we tend to struggle with the same things: perfectionism, impostor syndrome, being hard on ourselves and fluctuating between overdrive and burnout.
As practitioners, however, we might be afraid to admit our struggles. We might think that in order to help our clients, we need to have gotten over all this stuff already, because... perfectionism!
But the truth is that the more we get comfortable receiving support, cutting ourselves some slack and letting ourselves be authentically human and messy, the better we become at helping our clients do the same. After all, as practitioners, we know that this is really what’s at the core of healing from chronic symptoms!
WHAT'S A MASTERMIND?
Have you ever thought that if you just got one more mind-body certification or took one more course in marketing, you'd finally feel like you had it all figured out?
The truth is, nobody has it all figured out, not even the experts. But we each have our own zones of genius, realms of experience and areas of expertise — and the magic is, when we pool our resources together in a mastermind group, we get to expand our collective potential exponentially!
There's a reason that isolation can lead to burnout. We're wired for social connection and even the most introverted among us can lose our mojo trying to do it all alone. Connecting with a group of peers allows us to feed off of each other's energy, encouragement, kindness, connections, knowledge, experience and inspiration!
Here's a taste of what we'll be doing together in the Mind-Body Practitioner Mastermind...
Professional Development
How do you find clients? What does a marketing plan look like? How do you get listed in practitioner directories? Should you be using social media? What about setting your rates? And how do you offer support to a wide range of clients without burning out? We'll be discussing all this and more!
Case Consults
No matter where we are in our practice or how much experience we have, we're always going to come across questions and challenges when working with our clients. We have all the answers we need within us — but sometimes we need a safe space and the support of others to help us take a step back, regain our balance and identify that next right step forward.
Peer Support
Perfectionism, self-criticism, impostor syndrome... your peers get it, because we can all relate. And we can also see your brilliance, kindness and all the incredible things you have to offer. A group of peers will lift you up and shine your light back to you when you need it — and we all need it!
Get Your Ya-Ya's Out
Yes, we're practitioners. But we're also people! We get cranky, we get giddy, we get tired of being space-holders sometimes, and we need a place to cut loose and let it all hang out. This is that place for you!

LET'S HANG OUT!
Hi there, I'm Anna. I help people heal from chronic pain and other symptoms, so they can reclaim their energy and live a life of purpose and passion.
I know this path because I've lived it: I'm a former film/TV editor and lifelong writer who struggled with chronic migraine for over 10 years. Then I dove into mind-body healing, recovered from chronic migraine and became a licensed therapist and coach.
In addition to working 1:1 with clients, I facilitate group work independently and for the Curable program. And I love using my creative background to break down the complexities of mind-body healing into simple, digestible messages through my blog, podcast, courses and Instagram.
I live in Queens, NYC with my partner and our three orange cats!
Anna has such a good feel for the connection between mind and body as it relates to physical symptoms. I'm thrilled to have her as a colleague, and my patients who have met with her have been helped immensely. I highly recommend working with her both individually and in her group.
