Anna Holtzman, LMHC
Individual Therapy for
Creatives, Leaders, and Professionals
A private, depth-oriented therapy space for capable, driven adults navigating pressure, transition, and internal tension.
For those who value discretion and thoughtful inner exploration. A place where you don’t have to hold it together, translate your experience, or be “on.” A space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with what actually matters to you.
ORIENTATION
On the outside, you may appear capable, accomplished, and composed. On the inside, the pressure to keep it that way may feel increasingly constricting.
Many people come to therapy here feeling caught between who they’ve been and what’s emerging next — successful by external measures, yet disconnected from their own inner voice. Over time, the habits that once helped you excel can begin to crowd out spontaneity, ease, and self-trust.
Therapy can be a place to examine these patterns with care, and to reconnect with yourself in a way that supports both honesty and forward movement.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This therapy is a good fit for people who:
Are high-functioning on the outside, but feeling internally strained, uncertain, or depleted
Are at a life juncture — navigating a transition, identity shift, or “next chapter”
Feel ready to slow down and engage in honest, reflective inner work
Want a collaborative, thoughtful therapy space rather than advice, fixing, or formulas
Value depth, nuance, and emotional intelligence
Many of my clients are capable, insightful people who are used to holding a lot — and are ready for a private space where they don’t have to.
ABOUT FIT
This work is depth-oriented and relational. It tends to resonate most with people who are curious about their inner life and open to exploring it over time.
It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:
Crisis or emergency support
A shortcut or protocol-driven approach
A therapist whose role is to direct, prescribe, or micro-manage your process
If you’re unsure whether this kind of work is right for you, you’re welcome to reach out and ask.
HOW I WORK
My approach is grounded in somatic psychotherapy, nervous-system awareness, and relational depth.
I don’t diagnose, direct, or tell you what to do. Instead, I offer a steady, attuned therapeutic relationship where you can explore what’s happening internally — at your own pace — and regain clarity, self-trust, and a steadier sense of internal direction.
Many clients describe this work as a place where they can finally exhale and learn to trust themselves. Over time, this often allows people to move forward with more confidence and ease.
ABOUT ANNA

Hi, I'm Anna Holtzman, LMHC. I’m a licensed psychotherapist with over a decade of experience working with thoughtful, high-functioning adults who are navigating pressure, transition, and questions of identity and direction.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in the creative and media world. That background shaped my sensitivity to the inner lives of people who are capable, driven, and outwardly successful — and who may still feel uncertain, strained, or disconnected internally.
My clinical work is informed by training in psychotherapy, nervous-system-aware approaches, and years of sitting with people at moments when old ways of being no longer fit and something new is beginning to take shape.
I bring a steady, attuned presence to the work, and I care deeply about creating a space where you can slow down, think clearly, and explore what’s true for you — without pressure, performance, or judgment.
