Speaking & Guest Teaching

Intuition-centered, fear-melting workshops for founders, creatives, and professionals navigating pressure, leadership, and visibility.

Anna creates instant safety and connection in rooms large and small by modeling authentic presence.

She leads with grounded vulnerability, creating a contained space where people feel safe enough to reconnect with themselves and communicate more openly. From that place, individuals and teams move through creative and communication blocks — shifting out of stuckness and reactivity and into clarity, creative flow, and innovation.

Anna is a licensed therapist and coach who works with a wide range of audiences: from sensitive creatives stepping into visibility for the first time, to seasoned leaders and CEOs who have been visible for years but are ready to lead from something deeper than pressure, people-pleasing, or constant striving.

Her sessions feel intimate whether delivered to a small group or a large room, because participants are invited into a guided dialogue with their own inner experience. This approach builds trust quickly and creates the conditions for meaningful insight and real change to happen in real time.

Participants don’t just leave inspired.
They leave shifted — with a felt sense of clarity, renewed creativity, and tools they can return to when pressure shows up again.

Signature Talks & Workshops

Each of these offerings are grounded in Anna's Melt-Through Method — an embodied, mind-body journaling framework that helps people work with fear and pressure rather than pushing through or shutting down.

Each experience blends reflection, guided writing, and practical integration to help participants convert fear into creative flow, clarity, and forward momentum.

Fear Is the Portal: Using Fear as a Map to Creativity and Innovation

Fear is often treated as a problem to eliminate or override. But what if fear isn’t a barrier at all — what if it’s information?

In this talk, Anna reframes fear as a heat map: a signal pointing directly toward creativity, truth, and innovation.

Participants learn how meeting fear with compassion — rather than resistance — transforms it from something that silences expression into a doorway to clearer thinking, more authentic communication, and creative flow.

This session helps people understand how fear operates in the nervous system, why pushing through often backfires, and how to work with fear in a way that unlocks insight rather than constriction.

Ideal for:
Creative teams, leaders navigating change, innovation-focused organizations, entrepreneurs, and professionals whose work depends on originality, clarity, and authentic expression.

Let Yourself Be Seen: Nervous-System-Safe Visibility

Visibility doesn’t have to mean performing, over-sharing, or becoming someone you’re not.

This workshop is for people who want to share their ideas, leadership, or creative work — but feel the internal friction that shows up the moment they try.

Anna introduces a nervous-system-informed approach to visibility that helps participants feel safer being seen without abandoning themselves.

Through guided reflection and embodied journaling, participants learn how to:

  • Use fear as a gateway to more authentic expression

  • Share their work without burning out or performing confidence

  • Make visibility feel energizing rather than draining

  • Stay connected to themselves as they stretch into a larger role

This session is not about pushing past fear. It’s about letting visibility become an act of alignment.

Ideal for:
Leaders, creatives, entrepreneurs, women’s initiatives, and professionals navigating increased visibility, voice, or leadership scope

Converting Pressure into Creative Clarity

Pressure is unavoidable — but chronic pressure changes how people think, communicate, and decide.

This session explores how pressure activates protective nervous system responses that narrow perspective, suppress creativity, and keep people stuck in reaction mode.

Anna guides participants through a practical, embodied process for converting pressure into clarity — helping them regain access to judgment, intuition, and creative initiative even in high-stakes environments.

Participants learn how to pause without losing momentum and how to lead, create, and communicate from grounded clarity rather than urgency or defense.

Ideal for:
High-responsibility roles, leadership programs, professional services, founders, and teams operating in fast-moving or high-stakes environments

A Consistent, Proven Approach

Across all talks and workshops, participants walk away with practical tools they can use immediately.

Each session helps participants:

  • Recognize how pressure and internal resistance affect thinking, communication, and decision-making

  • Convert pressure into clearer judgment, creative initiative, and forward momentum

  • Respond more intentionally under stress instead of defaulting to urgency or reactivity

  • Apply a simple, repeatable reflective tool to reset perspective in high-pressure moments

While the framing and examples are tailored to each audience, the outcome is consistent: stronger decision-making, renewed creative and leadership capacity, and a more sustainable way of operating under pressure.

About Anna

Anna Holtzman is a licensed therapist (LMHC) and coach with over a decade of experience supporting sensitive, high-achieving adults navigating pressure, leadership, and visibility.

Earlier in her career, she worked in television and publishing and learned firsthand how fear and criticism can shut down creativity. In her 40s, a chronic health crisis forced her to learn how to work with her nervous system instead of against it — a turning point that reshaped both her life and her work.

Today, Anna bridges psychology, nervous-system science, and embodied self-trust to help people who care deeply about doing meaningful work — and doing it well — lead, create, and communicate from a place that's sustainable, intuitive, and alive.

Her work is known for its warmth, depth, and relatability. She creates spaces where people feel safe enough to tell the truth, hear themselves more clearly, and take the next step forward.
