What is 1:1 coaching with me all about?
This is an opportunity to get my personalized 1:1 support with your recovery from chronic pain and other stress-related symptoms so that you can get back to doing the things you're passionate about!
This could be for you if...
You're a passionate or creative person who struggles with symptoms like headaches, backaches, stiff muscles, IBS, insomnia, nerve pain, pelvic pain, TMJ, tinnitus, anxiety, autoimmune conditions, food/chemical sensitivities — or other manifestations of a stressed-out nervous system.
You long to dive fully into your passion project and share your creativity with the world, but symptoms keep getting in the way and zapping your energy.
You feel pressure to heal so that you can get back to work, be present for loved ones and fulfill your creative potential — but as the pressure mounts, the symptoms persist.
You're frustrated by medical professionals telling you that you'll "have to manage these symptoms forever."
You're equally frustrated by messages from the mind-body community suggesting you should be "100% symptom-free" in 6 months or less.
You'd like to try an approach aimed at untangling symptoms at their roots, while respecting the pace and capacity of your unique nervous system and life circumstances.
You're a self-starter who's growth-oriented and tends to "do the work" between sessions. (However, this doesn't mean that you need to always follow through. There will be times when taking a break is what's needed, and I encourage it!)
You enjoy working with a coach who brings warmth, humor and personal experience into our sessions!
What's included?
6 1:1 Coaching Sessions
You'll have 6 one-on-one coaching sessions with me that are personally tailored to you. Sessions are 50-minutes each and take place on Zoom. You may schedule them monthly, weekly, biweekly or as needed. And if you find you'd benefit from more support after our 6 sessions, you may book additional sessions as needed.

In between our sessions, you can email me for extra support any time. I am always here to cheer you on!
Rx For Flare-Ups Mini-Course
Symptom flare-ups can feel really scary and confusing. What if you had a reliable toolkit to help you reduce the overwhelm and guide you through the storm? This short self-paced course is that go-to toolkit.

Writing to Release Chronic Pain is a 6-module, self-paced course that will show you step-by-step how to release tension and pain from your body through expressive writing.
Healing with Purpose Course
This 6-module online course gives you all the lifestyle and mindset shifts you'll need to move you along your healing journey, through a lens of collective liberation and growth!
Lifetime Access to Courses
You'll have lifetime access to the online courses, so you can go through them as many times as you like!

This private forum is a place where you can drop in any time to share your struggles, wins and questions and get support directly from me, as well as connect with like-minded peers who "get it."

A one-time payment of $1,200 or pay by session at $200/session.

MY APPROACH
I view chronic symptoms as alarm signals that your nervous system fires off in response to chronic stress.
Stress can be caused by something physical, like a broken arm or a bacterial infection. But when symptoms are chronic, there are often underlying chronic emotional stressors like...
fear that we'll get in trouble for expressing our truth.
"imposter syndrome" yelling at us to doubt our creativity and worth.
perfectionism threatening us with stories of failure and rejection.
The bottom line: I'm not broken, and neither are you. Our bodies are just responding to the culture we were brought up in. A culture that has taught us to doubt our creative intuition and berate ourselves with criticism, creating an environment of chronic nervous system stress. Eventually, our bodies decided to protest with symptoms like tension and pain. When we learn to listen to our bodies and become their greatest allies, symptoms can begin to unwind!
MEET YOUR COACH
Hi, I'm Anna! I help passionate creatives like you heal from chronic pain and other symptoms so you can reclaim your energy and live the creative life of your dreams.
I know this path because I've lived it: I'm a former film/TV editor and lifelong writer who struggled with chronic migraine for over 10 years.
Then I dove into mind-body healing, recovered from migraines, became a licensed therapist and coach, and now I'm living my dream life, spending half my time writing and creating content that matters to me and the other half helping folks like you find your own path out of the chronic cycle and into creative passion!
