Hi, I'm Anna.

I help people like you get out of chronic pain.

I'm a Chronic Pain Recovery Therapist and Coach.

And I'm just like you: For years I struggled with chronic pain (migraine) and as the pain kept getting bigger, my life kept getting smaller.

Since learning the mind-body method and getting my life back from chronic pain, I've made it my mission to help others get their lives back too!

I'm a lazy overachiever who loves learning - and lounging with my partner and our 3 orange cats.
As an introvert, you won't find me at rallies, but I write passionately on social issues.
Before doing this work, I spent a decade as a video editor on reality TV shows

Experience

Supporting clients since 2016, first as a coach and then as a therapist and group facilitator. In addition to my independent practice, I facilitate chronic pain recovery groups for Curable Groups.

Credentials

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of New York and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC).
