Hi there, I'm Anna! I help deeply feeling folks like you heal from chronic pain and other symptoms, so you can reclaim your energy and live a life of passion and purpose.
I know this path because I've lived it: I used to be a disillusioned video editor working in reality TV and struggling with persistent migraine headaches for over 10 years.
Then I dove into mind-body healing, recovered from migraine, became a licensed therapist and coach, and now I'm living out my purpose and passion, spending half my time writing and creating and the other half helping folks like you find your own path out of the chronic cycle and into freedom and fulfillment!
